Questions & Policies

Whether you’re a frequent guest or planning a visit for the first time, we always love talking treatments, products and every detail in between. In the mean time, below are some the most frequently asked questions and details on our policies. 

When scheduling an appointment, we recommend you book as far advanced as possible. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings often fill our schedule early. You will be required to provide the following information: First & last name, Contact phone number & email address. This information is used only to confirm appointments. 

We totally understand that things come up, a simple email or phone call is very much appreciated if you're running late for your appt. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. 

We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early in order to hang up your coat, pick out a polish colour and get settled in. We understand things happen and will do our best to accomodate late arrivals, however our services are booked in an alloted time slot and our estheticians are often booked back to back. If required, we must customize the service to fit the remaining time left and a full service fee will still be applied. 

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa or online as a e-gift card. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Any remainders on gift cards can be applied to future visits. Gift cards issued for services and products are protected from price increases for six months from the date of issue.

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

The health and safety of all of our guests is our top priority, we cannot provide services to clients with any type of skin conditions such as warts, fungus, cold sores, open wounds etc. Please inform the spa therapist if you are taking Retin-A, stop at least six weeks prior to waxing or facials; if you are taking Accutane, stop six months before waxing or facials. Thank you for understanding and informing your esthetician prior to the start of service.

Health information is collected for each new client upon arrival in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for our guests, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience with any new health information.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

We suggest you leave all valuables and jewellery at home, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property.

Sanitization and cleanliness are a huge concern in our industry. We take pride in practicing all government regulations and going over and above for the safety of our clients and estheticians.

Estheticians wear gloves for all pedicures & some waxing services. All linen & wax paper is discarded after each client. Our pedicure bowls are cleaned with soap & water, then with a high grade medical disinfectant. All tools are cleaned with soap & water & then bathed in a high grade medical implement disinfectant. All surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant after each client. We do not double dip in our wax. We refuse to work on any clients with a wart, fungus or any other visible concerns.
